01Printed to order
Every shirt, hat and tote is made when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing takes about 3 business days before your order ships.
02Shipping times and costs
US orders arrive in 3–5 business days after they ship. Shipping is free on US orders over $50; under that it’s a flat $5.95.
03Tracking your order
You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the printer.
04Returns and exchanges
Because each item is printed for you, I can’t take back items that are simply the wrong size. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.
05Misprints and damage
If something arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email a photo within 30 days and I’ll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
06International orders
The shop ships to the US only for now. Canada is next.
